Gwen is a true “hands on” executive and master negotiator!
She actually shows property, attends inspections, closings, etc. She
does it all! All this while overseeing the details of each day with
her ever growing staff. Gwen is married to Bob Young, the Mayor of Augusta
from 1999 – 2005. In June 2005, Bob was appointed Regional Director
for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. They are the
parents of two daughters who live in Augusta with their families, as
well. Active in every part of the community, Gwen co-founded the Tuesdays
Music Live Concert Series at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where
she is a member. She is also a Master Flower Show Judge and a member
of the Augusta Rose Society. She and Bob Young live in Summerville,
the heart of Augusta's Historic District. In 2007 Gwen was elected Chairman
of the Georgia Real Estate Commission

Rose Anne Moore is a licensed Realtor® Associate for Gwen Fulcher Young and Associates. Rose Anne is originally from Brunswick, Georgia and moved to Augusta in 1971. She is a graduate of Georgia College at Milledgeville. For several years she was a home economist for the Gas Company. Rose Anne earned her Georgia Real Estate license in 1978. She is married to Alan Moore and they have 5 adult children. She and her husband are very active in the community and attend the Church of the Good Shepherd.
Michelle Powers
Michelle Powers is a degreed Administrative Assistant, having had more than 25 years experience.
She is a life-long resident of Augusta and has one daughter. Michelle is a member of St. Paul’s
Episcopal Church where she actively participates in community outreach missions.
