Gwen is a true “hands on” executive and master negotiator!
She actually shows property, attends inspections, closings, etc. She
does it all! All this while overseeing the details of each day with
her ever growing staff. Gwen is married to Bob Young, the Mayor of Augusta
from 1999 – 2005. In June 2005, Bob was appointed Regional Director
for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. They are the
parents of two daughters who live in Augusta with their families, as
well. Active in every part of the community, Gwen co-founded the Tuesdays
Music Live Concert Series at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where
she is a member. She is also a Master Flower Show Judge and a member
of the Augusta Rose Society. She and Bob Young live in Summerville,
the heart of Augusta's Historic District. In 2007 Gwen was elected Chairman
of the Georgia Real Estate Commission
Brenda Sheehan

Born and raised in Savannah,
Georgia, Brenda has that true "southern hospitality!" Everybody loves Brenda! Brenda is very detail
oriented and brings that focus to all of our listing and selling transactions. Brenda and her husband
Paul, an instrumentation engineer. Their daughter and her husband are living and working in New Jersey.
Their son is pursuing a career as an assistant golf pro at Great Waters, Reynolds Plantation, Lake Oconee,
Georgia. Brenda and Paul live in West Augusta and spend vacations in their mountain home in Cashiers, NC.
Kelli Daniel
Administrative Associate
Kelli has lived in Augusta all her life. She is vital to the
company’s day to day operations and we often refer to
her as “mission control”. Generally the first voice
you hear on our phones, she is also responsible for typing contracts,
setting up showings, and keeping our database, MLS and web site
accurate and current. Kelli works full time to service client
needs on a consistent basis. Kelli’s husband, Jason, owns
a construction company. Their daughter attends Bel
Air Elementary School and studies tap and ballet. They are big
University of Georgia fans! Kelli and her family live in a quiet
Columbia County neighborhood.
Rose Anne Moore

Rose Ann Moore is a referring agent for Gwen Fulcher Young and Associates. Rose Anne is originally
from Brunswick, Georgia and moved to Augusta in 1970. She is a graduate of Georgia College at Milledgeville.
For several years she was a home economist for the Gas Company. Rose Anne earned her Georgia Real Estate
license in 1978. She is married to Alan Moore and has three adult children. She and her husband are very
active in the community and attend the Church of the Good Shepherd.
Holly K. Perry

Holly has joined Gwen Fulcher Young and Associates as a licensed Realtor® Associate. Holly has an
extensive background in new home construction, land sales and neighborhood development. Holly is a graduate
of the Georgia Real Estate School and a member of Berlin United Methodist Church. A lifelong Augustan,
Holly combines her knowledge of the market and love of the community to assist our clients in their home
buying or selling.
